Billing Procedures |  | |
Here are some things to keep in mind while looking at your invoices. I have made an attempt to bill in your favor as I am aware that day care is an expense for all families.
*Based on two weeks.
*Hours of care are rounded to the next quarter of an hour.
*Discount is applied to each additional child in families who utilize day care for more than one of their children.
Please keep in mind that if your child attended day care but you did not sign your child out, we estimate the time of departure as we do keep daily attendance records.
Invoices will be sent home every other week through your youngest child's folder. You can expect the next set of invoices to be sent home early in the week of October 10. We appreciate your prompt payment.
Please take time to become familiar with our policies and procedures.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if you feel that we may have inadvertently made an error. Remember that you may ask to see your sign in/out record at any time. Either email me the request, send a note to the office, or see me.
